Being Zen
What is Being Zen?
What is Being Zen?
The word `Zen` comes from a Japanese school of Mahayana Buddhism emphasizing the value of meditation and intuition rather than ritual worship or study of scriptures.
In opening to Be-ing the person is released from their need to `know` thereby spending a life trying to `learn `.
It opens up a limitless life of intuitive connection to the
Source of All.
Trusting intuition through meditation, developing a personal relationship with their Divine.
Zen is pausing between all activities to allow for percolation,
a little time to process and learn from before
engaging in the next activity with
an updated mind and heart.
Zen offers a `way` rather than a belief so can be applied to,
and enhance, everything and every belief.
It is so much more than minimalistic décor.
It is a simplified life.
Anne Barany
Zen is living simply, mindfully, meditatively and intuitively,
making space to hear the words of Your Higher Power.
It is living lightly on the planet
to be at one with the universe.
